π€Robo-Hack 2025 β Successfully Concluded!
We are delighted to announce the triumphant conclusion of Robo-Hack 2025, an intensive two-day workshop dedicated to the advancement of autonomous mobile robotics through the integration of ROS (Robot Operating System), Raspberry Pi, and ESP-32.
The workshop is supported by IEEE Chapter Initiative Grant and IEEE Bangladesh section. As a result we were able to provide all the electronic components to the participants as well as food & snacks. Besides the workshop is taken place in the recently developed Intelligent Systems; Automation and Control Laboratory; 4IR Park ; EEE; ECE building ; BUET. We get full support from IEEE Bangladesh Section & IEEE Robotics & Automation Society ,Bangladesh Section. Department of EEE also provided us necessary support to conduct the workshop smoothly.
Participants delved into the theoretical underpinnings of the ROS architecture, exploring its tools, frameworks, and ecosystem on Day 01, followed by an engaging hands-on experience on Day 02, where they successfully implemented inverse kinematics to manipulate a 5-DOF robotic armβbridging conceptual knowledge with real-world application.
We extend our sincere gratitude to all the enthusiastic participants, dedicated facilitators, and passionate volunteers whose efforts coalesced into an enriching and intellectually stimulating experience. Events like these reaffirm our belief in the transformative power of robotics and interdisciplinary collaboration.
The workshop would be impossible without the consistent guidance of our chapter advisor Professor Dr. Celia Shahnaz ma and Professor Dr. Shaikh Anowarul Fattah Sir.
