Leadership is not merely about holding a position; it is about inspiring people, building strong teams, and creating a positive impact.

“Leadership Training 2026” was truly an enriching and inspiring experience for the members of Savar Prothom Alo Bondhushava. A significant number of our members actively participated in this program and successfully completed the training, earning their certificates with pride.

The sessions focused on leadership development, SMART Goals, communication skills, team building, organizational growth, and practical approaches to effective leadership. These valuable learnings will undoubtedly help us strengthen our future activities and organizational journey.

আজ ৪ মে ২০২৬, জাহাঙ্গীরনগর বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের মাঠে সম্পন্ন হলো সাভার প্রথম আলো বন্ধুসভার মাসিক সভা।

আজকের আলোচনায় ফোকাস ছিল কাজ বাড়ানো এবং নতুন সদস্য যুক্ত করা। এছাড়া আরো কিছু গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়েছে, যেগুলো খুব দ্রুত বাস্তবায়ন করা হবে।

উপস্থিত ছিলেন আমাদের সম্মানিত দায়িত্বশীল সদস্যরা:
সভাপতি, সহ-সভাপতি, সাংগঠনিক টিম, সাংস্কৃতিক, প্রশিক্ষণ, দুর্যোগ ও ত্রাণ এবং সমাজকল্যাণ বিভাগের প্রতিনিধিরা।

আমরা চাই আরও শক্তিশালী টিম, আরও বড় প্রভাব।
আপনিও যুক্ত হতে পারেন এই যাত্রায়।

চলুন একসাথে কাজ করি, পরিবর্তন আমরা আনবোই। ইনশাআল্লাহ

শ্রম, মেধা ও আত্মত্যাগের মধ্য দিয়েই নির্মিত হয় একটি জাতির অগ্রযাত্রা।
আন্তর্জাতিক শ্রমিক দিবসে আমরা শ্রদ্ধার সঙ্গে স্মরণ করছি সেই সকল শ্রমজীবী মানুষদের, যাঁদের নিরলস পরিশ্রমে সচল থাকে সমাজ, অর্থনীতি ও সভ্যতার প্রতিটি ধাপ।

শ্রমিকের ন্যায্য অধিকার, নিরাপদ কর্মপরিবেশ এবং মর্যাদাপূর্ণ জীবনের প্রত্যাশাই হোক আজকের দিনের অঙ্গীকার।
