We Are Hiring: Communication & Business Operation Executive

Join our team as a Communication & Business Operations Executive and build your career in a dynamic work environment.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute digital marketing and social media content aligned with client brand guidelines and communication goals.
2. Coordinate with the design team to brief, review, and finalize creative assets under the supervision of the Senior Executive.
3. Assist in planning, organizing, and maintaining content calendars and campaign schedules for timely ex*****on.
4. Conduct field visits to external locations (wholesale markets, vendor sites, etc.) for coordination, content collection, and project support.
5. Guide interns with task assignments to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
6. Manage uploading and scheduling of social media posts across multiple platforms with accuracy and consistency.
7. Monitor and maintain social media pages to ensure brand standards, engagement quality, and content accuracy.
8. Support day-to-day communication activities and perform additional tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a relevant field.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Good understanding of social media management and digital marketing.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Willingness to travel for field visits when required.
