Job Summary:

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to individuals in need throughout the United Kingdom. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist with medication management and administration, as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Support individuals with mobility needs, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Help with meal preparation, ensuring dietary requirements and preferences are met.
• Engage in meaningful conversations and activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.
• Document and maintain accurate records of care provided.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior experience in a care-related role is preferred but not essential.
• Compassionate and patient nature, with a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer literacy for documentation purposes.
• Valid driving license (if required for the position).

Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
• Willingness to undergo background checks. and provide references.
• Successful completion of relevant training or willingness to undertake training upon employment.
