**Social Media and Content Manager**

We seek a highly creative and motivated Social Media and Content Manager to join our dynamic team. This role demands high creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Daily tasks:
- Post 2-3 stories per day.
- 2 out of the 3 to have links/CTA
- 1 freebie one, one product
- Send people to the YT channel, blog

Weekly tasks:
- Schedule weekly email. Each Sunday at 10am and each Wednesday.
- Use a LinkedIn post. Always have the featured offer.

Ongoing tasks
- Podcast clipping for reels
- YouTube clipping for reels and socials
10-60s max.
- Use on IG posts with CTA
- Creating content from products for socials

Website back-end management:
- Product creation
- Admin tasks e.g. landing pages, updates, etc.

Requirements:

Experience in creating Social Media Designs, PDF designs, Presentations, and other marketing designs.

Experience with scheduling social media posts and uploading YouTube videos.

Is familiar with Kajabi or any other CMS

Basic training will be provided; however, daily training sessions are not feasible. You are expected to autonomously manage your tasks. Being proactive is crucial, and postponing tasks is not acceptable.

Salary: will be disclosed to selected candidates.

Preference:

- Candidates living in Sylhet City.
- Studying undergraduate in any private or public University.
