Meat eater vs Plant eater
Good vs Bad
Right vs Wrong
Dark vs Light

Do we hold certain ideas of ourselves so we can reassure our Inner Child that we are “worthy, better, stronger” or even “not good enough, less than”because of X or Y?

Why must we compete or compare one against the other? Judging is a defense mechanism and where we are hard on others we are hard on ourselves. Rejecting other before we get rejected. Self-righteousness born out of a fear of not being enough.

Both can walk side by side in Beauty - we each bloom and die and bloom again at different times, different moments… we don’t wish a rainbow to have less than 7 colours or a song to have no melody.

Changing the polarity in the World starts with us - 1 humble human being at a time walking in Love. Recognising when we are thinking in 𝙚𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙧 terms and discovering 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙚𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙇𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 ✨ Accepting yourself in all your colours goes a long way into the acceptance of others in all their expression 💕

So when the world feels overwhelming remember who you are 🌹 be the change you wish to see in the world, you might inspire someone to do the same as I have been inspired by the beautiful Souls I have in my life 💗
