Nadien is het tijd om iets nieuws te laten ontstaan. 🍀

We zijn thrilled om aan te kondigen dat de namiddag volledig volzet is.

In ons 25-jarig Quinx basisprogramma nemen mijn collega Anja Hueber en ikzelf je mee in een dans naar je kern.

Twee dagen lang vertragen, verdiepen, verbinden, bewust bewegen en zoveel meer.
Waar oosterse en westerse wijsheid elkaar ontmoeten.

Waar Gestalt therapie, ademwerk, lichaamswerk, mindfulness en meditatie elkaar aanvullen.

Stap uit de dagelijkse ratrace en investeer in jezelf. Want "zijn" is de sleutel tot vervulling in alles wat je doet. 🧘‍♀️💼
