Arguably the most famous cocktail on the market today, the (virgin) mojito is enjoyed for its excellent refreshing abilities, made possible by the freshly squeezed limes and fragrant aroma of the mint leaves. If we were to include just one mocktail in our collection, it had to be this one.

Our brioche is filled with a zesty lime curd and dipped in a mint ganache. We finish it off with a dust of limu Omani for an added smoky and sour dimension.
