Business Process Integration (‘BPI’) plays a crucial role in optimization and automation of the overall business process. Systems and services as well as data sharing across multiple applications is the real challenge faced by an adequate BPI architecture.

While everyone in the market proclaims the use of top-notch BPI, how do you raise yourself above competition?

Business Process Architecture is as complicated as the processes it covers. Presence of multiple sub-processes within a business process, in reality, make it relatively more complex to develop and maintain a point-to-point integration architecture. While you grow in business and the developer keep on connecting individual processes; you end up with a “spaghetti” rather than a real BPI which could optimize your process automation. This architecture is more intricate, fragile and expensive to maintain.

Avoiding the “spaghetti approach” can raise you above competition.
