Let us all congratulate our FIT-mate for an incredible podium finish at IRONMAN 70.3 Bahrain, taking 3rd place in her age category — and earning a coveted slot for the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Nice, France!

This achievement is a true testament to her relentless effort, discipline, and unwavering dedication. Behind this victory are countless early-morning trainings, long rides under the heat, tough swim sessions, and moments of pain she pushed through with heart and faith. Michey showed us what consistency, commitment, and courage can accomplish.

Today’s Nasser Bin Hamad Cycling Tour - Ladies Race .cycling.tour didn’t go quite as planned for our FIT fam powerhouse .casiano. She was riding strong, confident, and totally in the zone 💪 — until a cyclist up front decided to throw in a surprise swerve to the right.😬

Cue chaos ➔ reflex move ➔ dramatic crash. 💥

No worries though — she’s fine. Cristina will heal, she’ll rise, and she’ll come back faster, and tougher than ever. That’s what champions do. 💪🏼
