We’re looking for a "Business Analyst – Quality & Validation Expert consultant" to join our team.

CONTRACT DETAILS:
Location: Bolivia
Availability: Immediate (Full-time)
Work modality: Remote (occasional travel possible)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Up to 4 years of experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting business processes, system implementations, or operational projects. (SOPs)
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Experience working with both business and technology teams.
- Excellent English (mandatory).

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE IN:
- Quality assurance and validation activities.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and ex*****on.
- Designing test scenarios and validating business requirements.
- Process improvement and issue tracking/resolution.
- Documentation management and compliance alignment.
- Facilitating workshops, training sessions, and user support.
- Monitoring risks, testing progress, and implementation readiness.
