We thank God for the BARE second Edition.
Awareness was created and light was introduced on Depression.

The stigma behind depression was removed, knowing every one can go through depression, a child, a man, a woman etc.
Depression isn't a sign of spiritual failure as great spiritual men went through this, Elijah, Jeremiah, David, even Jesus!

we saw the different kinds of depression and how to understand signals and prevention amongst others.

practical exercise and a release to God ...

participants received amongst others, a 30days depression recovery tracker which would help them later, a relapse prevention plan, workbook with practical exercise, a daily mood tracker etc

If God showed it to you, it means there is something in you that can carry it. He does not reveal purpose to intimidate you, He reveals it to invite you into growth.

You don’t have to have everything figured out.
You don’t have to be perfect.
You don’t have to wait for the “right time.”

Start where you are. Start with what you have. Start now. write that book, upload those videos, learn that skill, start that cooking business, decor, step out..

That small step of obedience can unlock doors you never imagined.
