The next thing they clearly remembered was finding themselves many miles farther down the road than expected, with another series of beeps bringing them back to full awareness.

Neither of them could account for roughly two hours of missing time.

Barney's shoes appeared unusually scuffed.

One aspect that has fascinated researchers for decades is Betty's drawing of what she described as a star map shown to her by one of the beings.
