Darreatte Pinder, B.Sc., B.A., Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA). Darreatte has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology which she obtained in 2012 from Acadia University, in Nova Scotia, Canada. She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Child and Youth Study which she obtained in 2019 from Mount Saint Vincent University, in Nova Scotia, Canada. In 2022, Darreatte obtained a Post Graduate Certificate from Georgian College in Ontario, Canada as a Communicative Disorders Assistant, also known as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant. She has 4 years of experience working with both verbal and non-verbal children, youth, and adults on the spectrum; in child care centres, group homes, and 1:1 sessions. Darreatte holds certificates in CPI and Crisis Intervention. She is very passionate about working with children and using the principles of speech therapy to improve life outcomes.
