Public Notice

The Botswana Examinations Council (BEC) wishes to inform the public that effective March 2, 2023 the service of Junior Certificate Examination (JCE) Combination of Results will be charged P50.00.

The following documents are to be submitted to the BEC when requesting for JCE Combination of Results:

1. JCE original Certificate for 2021 and before.

2. 2022 Statement of Results

3. Certified copy of National Identity Card (Omang) or Birth Certificate

Furthermore, please note:

1. Combination of results can be done only once. That is, once a certificate has been used for combination, it cannot be combined again.

2. The deadline for Combination of Results is March 10, 2023

3. The BGCSE Certificates cannot be combined.
