Home-made Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients:
• 500 g Richmark Chicken breast, cut into bite-size cubes
• 1 cup flour
• 2 Notwane Eggs, beaten
• 1½ cups breadcrumbs
• Oil for frying
• Salt & pepper

Method:
1. Season chicken cubes.
2. Coat in flour → egg → breadcrumbs.
3. Fry in hot oil (170–180°C) for 3–4 minutes, turning until golden.

Drain on paper towel.

No blenders — real chicken, real texture.

Poached Eggs

Ingredients:
• Notwane Eggs
• Water
• 1 tsp vinegar

Method:
1. Bring water to a gentle simmer (no rolling boil).
2. Add vinegar to the water.
3. Stir the water to create a slow-spinning vortex.
4. Crack egg into the middle of the vortex and watch the white wrap around the yolk.
5. Cook 2½–3 minutes. and remove with slotted spoon.

The secret? Gentle water, not rushing.
