Sylvia Dieckmann is a Senior Software Engineer & Engineering Manager who enjoys staying hands-on with development while exploring new technologies in the mobile and web space. She’s currently working with Flutter and Firebase, and was recognised as a Google Developer Expert for Flutter/Dart in 2023.

In her session “A Deep Dive into WineSom: An Agentic Flutter App,” Sylvia shows how Flutter and Firebase AI can be combined to create truly agentic apps that understand context, interact intelligently, and pull in real-time data through function calling.
Using WineSom, a playful wine-themed chat app, she walks through how these building blocks come together in practice.

Next up is Nomthandazo Tshuma, Google Developer Expert in Data, ML/AI, and Cloud. She is passionate about building intelligent, scalable solutions that drive real-world impact.

Her session, “Your First AI Teammate: Build and Deploy an Autonomous Agent with Cloud Run,” dives into how AI can move beyond answering questions to actually working alongside you. Get ready for a live demo and practical steps to build your own AI teammate.
