Lordship Phepheng (Dominic Bosekeng) vs The Attorney General of Botswana Case No. MAHGB-000161-26.
Dominic Bosekeng is challenging the government on land and mineral rights vesting, arguing that the 1967 Minerals Act was enacted without proper consultation or compensation, and continues to benefit the state unlawfully.
A case that raises critical constitutional questions potentially one for the courts to ultimately decide.
