⚠️ The Dangers You Must Avoid:

❌ Drugs and alcohol may seem exciting or like a way to fit in, but they are highly addictive and can lead to poor mental health, academic failure, and even expulsion.

❌ Multiple concurrent relationships and intergenerational s*xual relationships often come with manipulation, emotional trauma, and financial exploitation.

❌ These risky behaviors also increase your exposure to s*xually transmitted infections, including HIV/AIDS.

One reckless night can change your life forever. Living with HIV means lifelong medication, stigma, and possibly limited opportunities for work, relationships, or starting a family. Protect your body and your future. Use protection or abstain. Know your status. Don’t trade s*x for money, rent, or validation.

❌ Gambling, including Forex trading, sports betting, and Betway, is not a sustainable way to make money. Most students lose everything trying to “get rich quick.”

❌ Too much partying, trying to keep up with “city life,” or surrounding yourself with the wrong crowd will distract you from your purpose.

❌ Neglecting your studies can lead to failure, and in Botswana, failure means discontinuation. The government will not sponsor you again.

Lastly if you have choosen a course you are not sure of especially those that are not marketable the soon you change it the better. The time is now before you waste 4 years and regret later as unemployment is very high amongst the youth at about 30%.
