At aesthetiQue, every appointment is carefully prepared for in advance. Time is specifically reserved for you, products are prepared, and in many cases treatment plans are customised before you even arrive.
When appointments are missed without notice, it unfortunately means another client on our waiting list loses the opportunity to be seen.
We completely understand that life happens and emergencies arise. We simply ask for kindness and consideration by letting us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
To help us continue giving every client the time, care, and attention they deserve:
• A P400 booking deposit secures your appointment and goes toward your treatment.
• We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
• Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the deposit being forfeited.
