Our client in a security industry is looking to employ self-motivated and driven individuals for the following positions:

1)HUMAN RESOURCES ASSIST

The successful incumbent is responsible for:
*Managing the human resource division
*Advising on industrial relations matters
*Payroll administration
*Training and development
*Recruitment and Selection
*Implementation of policies and procedures
*Custodian of all human resources matters including organizational development matters
*Advise management on human resources matters

QUALIFICATIONS
-Degree in Human Resources or related field
-At least two(2) years experience in Human Resources

COMPETENCIES
-Self-driven
-Results oriented
-Self-starter
-Good team player

2. SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER

The successful incumbent is responsible for;
*Development of marketing strategies
*Ensure sales targets are met
*Trading sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas
*Creating and presenting sales performance reports
*Identify and analyze main competitors and bring forward options to improve service to clients
*Review and manage company website, page and other social media pages
*Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the directors

QUALIFICATIONS;
-Degree in Business Management (Marketing) or related field
-At least three(3) years experience in sales and marketing
