R4U_BW: What kind of stresses does doing something as strenuous as The ABSA Cape Epic put on the body?

Oteng: "Given that the race involves climbing on average of 2000m a day for 8 straight days, your legs- especially thighs take a lot of strain. We also spent on average 6hrs on the bike per day- this creates stress on your lower back."

R4U_BW: In what different ways did the machine aid you in your pursuit to completion of the Cape Epic?

Oteng: "2. The machine was very critical for us to complete the race as it helped with the recovery. We felt fresh each morning - legs never felt heavy as is usually the case. Fresh legs were critical as some of the stages begin with climbing from the get go."

R4U_BW: Were you surprised by how effective the Recover4You machine was in refreshing your legs rapidly each day?

Oteng: "Yes, we were suprised by its efficiency. One of my worries going into the race was the ability to get up the next day to face another tough day - a day after yet another tough day. The machine resolved this worry- and actually allowed me to even push harder as i knew i had the machine for recovery- so there was no need to 'save' the legs"

R4U_BW: For someone seeking optimal recovery from hard bouts of exercise, on a scale from 1 to 10, how highly would you recommend the Recover4You Rapid Recovery machine to someone?

Oteng: "10"

R4U_BW: Given your experience with the Recover4You machine for the ABSA Cape Epic, would you be taking the machine with you again if you ever we to do the Epic again?

Oteng: "Absolutely- dont see how i can do it without Recovery4u machine- im hooked!"
