Actually, in the manufacturing sector, competitiveness is attained by developing, almost regularly, modified products one after another. In case of a strategy-type program, increasing competitiveness of the products or services is an important factor in strategic goal management, while it should be considered an important factor in implementation strategy management in case of operation-type programs.
