Project update from site.

Back in March, we shared this post and beam home when it was just the log package going up—now look at it. With the walls, siding, and roofing in place, it’s really starting to take shape and feel like a home.

The log details are coming through beautifully, and you can already see how everything is tying together with the surrounding landscape. It’s always exciting to hit this stage where the structure transitions from frame to finished form.

We’re looking forward to seeing this one through to completion—and hopefully the next update we share will be the finished home.

On our latest site visit to Sun Peaks, we got to see the progress on one of our modern timbe frame homes.

This 4,300 square foot home features;
open concept main floor living,
a spacious walk-in pantry,
4 bedrooms & 5.5 bathrooms,
a dedicated office space,
a large rec room,
a ski/mudroom,
a large partially covered deck,
and a 2 car garage.

And lastly, this home includes a fully self-contained 1 bed, 1 bath basement suite with its own private entry and laundry.

This 2,800 sq.ft. post & beam home is currently in the works. The log structure runs through the center of the home, while the wings and the two-car garage are conventionally framed.

The layout was designed for both everyday living and entertaining, featuring:
