* 2 oz Blasted Brew Cold Brewed Coffee Liqueur
* 1 oz Wyatt Whisky
* 1 oz fresh apple juice
* 2 dashes Angostura bitters
* Orange peel
* Ice

Sunset on the Salish
A bright, layered cocktail that combines citrus, berry, and a subtle tang from sumac. It’s refreshing, visually striking, and highlights the unique character of Manitou Orange & Sumac Liqueur.
Ingredients
* 1.5 oz Manitou Orange & Sumac Liqueur
* 1 oz blanco tequila
* 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
* 0.5 oz cranberry juice
* 0.5 oz grapefruit juice
* 0.25 oz agave syrup (optional, depending on desired sweetness)
* Soda water to top
Garnish
* Mint sprig
* Dehydrated orange wheel
