🏡May has been an very interesting month for Real Estate sales in Acton and most of the rest of Ontario. May started out similar to previous months, however, about half way through the month there has been a noticeable shift in the market. Although sold average price has increased 27.3% when compared to 2021 May stats, we are seeing sellers having to adjust their pricing as home values have dropped and interest rates for buyers have gone up. This is creating an increase in inventory and less active buyers out looking. Homes are still selling but it is taking a little longer to do so as buyers have more options on the market right now.
