Across five grain elevators in three provinces this winter, our crew finished a maintenance scope that's harder than it sounds: reinstalling explosion relief panels on elevated exterior surfaces, without dropping a single object, and without stopping production for a single hour.
When panels come loose during operations, they have to go back on properly: fasteners replaced, torqued to manufacturer spec, no compromises. The conventional answer is a crane and man-basket, or scaffolding. Both cost money. Both eat time.
Rope access is the answer when you need boots on the wall the same morning we arrive.
Our techs worked at sites across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba while the elevators ran underneath them. No stoppages. No mess. No drops. One happy client.
This is what certified rope access looks like on the prairies.
