Youth athletes fall into different stages of youth development.⁣

The stage of development they fall into should determine what kind of training will be best for them, their age, and their sport.⁣

You don’t want a 10 year old throwing heavy dumbbells above their head.

And you don’t want a 17 year old doing endless rounds of randomized circuits.

When you know what stage of youth development your athlete falls into, it becomes much easier to develop their performance.
