Good news worth sharing 💙

At S.H.I.F.T., supporting young people isn’t a single program - it’s woven into everything we do.

Through dedicated youth outreach workers, we meet young people where they are - whether in our shelter, drop-in spaces, or out in the community. This work is about building trust, responding in moments of crisis, and walking alongside youth as they navigate complex challenges.

These relationships are what create real change. When young people feel seen, supported, and not alone, it can shift the course of their lives - opening the door to stability, confidence, and new possibilities.

We are incredibly grateful to receive $10,000 from the TELUS Barrie and Central Ontario Community Board and the TELUS Friendly Future Foundation.

This funding strengthens our ability to show up - expanding outreach, increasing access to supports, and ensuring more young people have someone in their corner when it matters most.
