CONTACT Community Services is seeking a Bilingual Case Manager to support a Veteran-specific Housing First pilot program in Simcoe County. This role will provide intensive, client‑centered case management services to Veterans experiencing chronic or episodic homelessness, helping them secure housing, stabilize long‑term, and improve overall wellbeing. Service delivery will be grounded in the principles of Housing First, with a focus on rapid housing placement, housing stabilization, and long-term wellbeing. The Case Manager will work closely with community partners, Legions, and Veteran‑specific services to strengthen coordinated care pathways.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION INCLUDE:

Bilingual – English and French
Community College Diploma or a University Degree in social services or other closely related field or a combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities as determined by the employer
Minimum of 2 years’ recent full-time work experience within a social services/health care or related environment, including providing case management to individuals/families experiencing chronic/episodic homelessness
Demonstrated knowledge of Housing First principles, guidelines and related housing concepts, acts and regulations
Knowledge of psychosocial rehabilitation, recovery principles and harm reduction philosophy
An understanding of case management; including assessment, service planning, skills reaching, monitoring and evaluation
Ability to engage sound judgment and strong problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication with administrative and organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Demonstrated knowledge of human/legal rights and relevant legislation.
Full G license and reliable vehicle

The Clothes Line is seeking an outgoing and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Summer Retail Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. As an in-store team leader, you will assist in the training and recruitment of volunteers, organize incoming donations, and create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
