It's often said that as humans, we can help others only when we have helped ourselves.
One of the best ways to destress and make ourselves available to helping is acupuncture. Combing that along with other mindful practices, like meditation, yoga and healing conversations help everything fall into place so much easier.

Stephanie Allen has applied 4 decades of experience in helping others heal; consider having her help you on your healing journey.

Two different group acupuncture options are available: Yin & Pin and Stress Detox.
Yin & Pin combines gentle Yin Yoga along with acupuncture for a 90 minute experience.
Arrive in your comfiest clothes and all yoga equipment is supplied by us.
Individual sessions are $75 each, $195 for 3 (a bundle savings of $30).

If something faster and less strenuous is what you'd prefer, 60 minute Stress Detox may be what you need. Sit back and relax in anti-gravity chairs as Stephanie guides you through meditation and applies auricular acupuncture.
Individual sessions are $65, $240 for 4 (a bundle savings of $20).
Acupuncture is covered by most Insurance providers.

Yin & Pin is offered on Tuesdays, May 12, 19 & 26 at 6:30 pm.
Stress Detox is offered on Tuesdays, May 5, 12, 19 & 26 and on Fridays at 12 noon on May 8, 15, 22 & 29.
