Let’s not forget, we get out what we put in. If you’ve been doing the same thing for months and seem to not be progressing, something has to change! This could be diet choices we need to change, cardio we should be adding to our routine, or possibly just the need to increase the intensity of our workouts. Think about where you stand in your fitness journey and how you can make one more step in the right direction. Let’s not go to the gym for nothing when we can be moving towards that final goal 💪

Training “abs” when you are over weight is not only not efficient, but it can also lead to injuries if done incorrectly. Core strengthening is very specific when it’s surrounded by a large amount of body fat. Let’s get that body fat off in the most efficient way through diet and proper exercise focusing on the entire body. Targeting an area does not reduce the fat in that spot, so it’s time to create a high intensity program to burn our overall body fat off for us to finally reveal the muscle that is being hidden beneath it 💪
