Almost complete, weeper installation after the ground melts a bit, Eavestrough installation this coming week, grade new driveway and a good clean up it’s done!

Door installed, spray foam insulation and pass from the inspector. When doing a project like this one should have a permit to ensure the basement entrance is a legal apartment. Stay tuned for the exterior entrance which will be a combination of retaining walls, steps and interlocking stone!
