Soon, guests will discover rituals inspired by our Emblematic Ingredient: alpine honey, sourced locally and harvested in the foothills of the Canadian Rockies.
Created in collaboration with acclaimed Korean Pastry Chef Yun Eunyoung, the travel cake is a signature of Emblems Collection, with each landmark destination hotel inspiring a unique interpretation connected to place.
At Rimrock Banff, that expression takes the form of a pine needle cake with alpine honey ganache, crafted to reflect the flavor, texture, and spirit of Banff.
