As part of our Maintenance and Ground team, you’re the problem-solver, the system-know-how, and the emergency responder. Your skills keep the heart of Muskoka beating strong. 🛠️

Main Duties of the Job:

- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs and should be in overall good physical health.

- Ability to solve basic problems that may arise on the job.

- Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and plumbing systems in day to day tasks for the job.

- Ability to work in various different areas of the building and perform many different functions to keep the building in good standing.

👨‍🍳 Main Duties on the Job:

- Memorizing recipes, policies, procedures, and standard portion sizes.

- Preparing ingredients and components of each recipe on the restaurant’s menu.

- Maintaining freshness of product and rotating old product out.

- Working with a team of Cooks to handle varying level of activity.

- Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace at all times to avoid contamination.

- Being aware of and following all kitchen health and safety regulations and guidelines.
