A clinical research study to evaluate an investigational cream for adults with prurigo nodularis is now enrolling.
 
The True-PN Study is looking at an investigational cream to see if it works to treat people with prurigo nodularis (PN). This study will also look at whether the investigational cream is safe and how well tolerated it is in people with PN.
We plan to enrol a wide variety of participants with PN based on age, s*x, gender, and race/ethnicity.
You, or someone you care for, may be able to take part if you/they:
✅are 18 years of age or older
✅have had a diagnosis of PN for at least 3 months
✅have lesions on 2 or more different body areas (such as the right and left leg).
The True-PN Study will last for up to 60 weeks and has 2 study treatment periods. During the first study treatment period, the investigational cream will be compared with a “vehicle cream,” which contains no active ingredients. During the second study treatment period, all participants will receive the investigational cream.
This study has been reviewed by an Institutional Review Board (IRB)
/Ethics Committee (EC), which protects the rights, safety, and well-being of the participants.

Are you interested in giving our clinical trials a try? We are currently conducting biosimilar trials on those who have plaque psoriasis. In order to qualify, make sure you fulfill the following criteria:

✅ Adults ages 18-75 with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months
✅ Individuals must have stable disease for at least 2 months, with psoriatic involvement of 10% or more body surface
✅ There must be NO history of latent or active tuberculosis (TB)
