Great conversation at last week's Marketing Roundtable on how to use AI without diluting your brand!
We went around the room and really took a deep dive into how we are using AI in our businesses, and determined that AI works best when it's really guided by your brand voice so you keep the authenticity in your messaging!
A big thank you to Kelly Letourneau for leading such a thoughtful discussion and sharing practical ways to use AI while keeping what makes your brand uniquely yours.
Looking forward to seeing how everyone puts these ideas into practice!

Our recent Women in Business Peer Circle sparked an honest and insightful conversation around one of the biggest challenges entrepreneurs face: how to grow sustainably without burning out.
Together, we explored topics including knowing when to slow down, when to say no to new opportunities, and how to transition from being the primary operator to becoming the leader your business needs. We discussed the importance of building systems and processes, hiring the right people, trusting your team, and using tools like AI to create stronger job descriptions and streamline operations.
A few key takeaways from the conversation:
β¨ Not everything has to be perfect before taking the next step.
β¨ Networking remains one of the best ways to build relationships and find opportunities.
β¨ Taking time to step back, plan your week, and protect your energy is critical for long-term success.
β¨ Early-stage founders should track their time to better understand where their efforts create the most value.
β¨ Having a trusted support system can make all the difference when navigating uncertainty.
Perhaps the biggest takeaway was that growth doesn't happen alone. The willingness of everyone in the room to share challenges, ask questions, and support one another is what makes this community so valuable.
Thank you to everyone who joined us. We look forward to continuing these conversations and helping women founders and professionals connect, learn, and grow together.
