Question - Are people able to submit a receipt for reimbursement with their health care benefits after receiving a Reflexology session?

Answer - A qualified "Yes" - if the client's insurance policy covers Reflexology, then they will be able to submit their claims. Private health care benefits are NOT all the same and will not automatically cover Reflexology sessions. Just like automobile insurance policies, windshield coverage is "optional" at extra cost.

I've had one situation involving Manulife where one client's claim was accepted but a different client's claim from a different Manulife policy was declined because the policy was a lower tier policy and did not cover it.

Make sure to ask your clients to check their insurance policies if Reflexology sessions can be covered.
