Once again the RTA failed a landlord and allowed a tenant to live in a house for 14 months without paying rent. The house was in good shape prior to the November hearing that ended the tenancy. Unfortunately we can not take back the house because the Sheriff is not doing evictions. The tenants still have possession and the damage increases every week.....The tenants have a new rental and are continuing their life but refuse to give this poor house back to the Landlord. There are two sides to every story..this is our side, backed with documentation from the RTA.

Great news....we have a new office. So we will keep the Barn cause I like it and it is informal. The new office is in the Crockford Building across from the post office. We have suite. So much for retiring......

It's all good. The new office is right beside KLS Property Mgmt so Kim and I can really work together. We cut a hole in the wall so its like having a giant office. New address is

I will be spending time in both offices, then once Mike is all done and has his paperwork all in place he will have a place to call his own (I even left him filing cabinets and a desk.😀😀
