The Toronto Real Estate Board released its year over year numbers for December yesterday and the numbers are shocking!
A lot of people have been scared to sell or buy properties but the statistics show that the number of sales have increased along with the average price while the number of days on market has decreased from 2018!
It was a strong 2nd half in 2019 and it will continue to trend that way due to the unchanged interest rates.
