Not all boxes weigh the same.

One of the best leadership lessons from this week's WTF Talks podcast was a simple reminder: output doesn't always tell the whole story.

Before asking someone to carry more, great leaders consider:
- Capacity
- Experience
- Season of life

A new employee, a seasoned veteran, and a new parent may all be carrying 10 boxes but those boxes don't weigh the same.
Strong leaders know when to challenge people to grow and when to provide support because leadership isn't just counting boxes. It's understanding how heavy they are.

How do you balance performance expectations while recognizing the realities your team faces?

It's a reminder many of us need. We're often told successful people are highly motivated.
They're committed.

Motivation gets a project started. Dedication gets it across the finish line.
Show up.
Do the work.
Finish the job.
