Meet Dr. Michael Carriero, one of the Owners and Clinical Directors 👋

Dr. Mike is a graduate of the CMCC and holds a B.Sc. Specialized Honours from York University. What makes his approach unique is his diverse training — he is also a Massage Therapy graduate from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy and an Acupuncture Provider trained at McMaster University.

With a passion for helping patients recover and feel their best, Dr. Mike creates personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual. His treatments combine techniques such as soft tissue therapy, spinal manipulation, laser therapy, joint mobilization, and rehabilitative care.

From back and neck pain to sprains, strains, nerve root issues, and joint conditions, his goal is to help patients move better, recover faster, and feel their best.
