We’re looking for a Canadian-based Contract Conference Manager to join the Event Specialists team.

Not someone who just “plans events.”
Someone who can run a show. 😉

If you love a solid timeline, can manage stakeholders without breaking a sweat, and know how to keep a planning timeline tight while everything around you is moving… we should talk.

This role is for someone who:
✔️ Is strong in logistics and project management
✔️ Can lead client relationships with confidence
✔️ Understands production, speakers, vendors, sponsors and all the moving parts
✔️ Is comfortable with event tech (bonus if you know PheedLoop or Swoogo)
✔️ Can think on their feet and solve problems in real time

We work on corporate and association events. The expectations are high, but so is the level of trust and collaboration.

📍 Must be based in Canada (GTA preferred)
💼 Contract opportunity ($40-$50/hour)
