Happy Mother’s Day to you and your Mamas!
My mother is the most supportive person I know. She’s loving and strong. She has taught me about life and how to forgive (even when I don’t want to, she sets and example of how to). She’s an anchor for our family and our extended family. And she’s a wonderful Grandma who gives the best foot massages and hugs.
I love you Mom, looking forward to a time when we can be together to celebrate again when this pandemic is over.

Did you know that today is BLUE MONDAY?
Reportedly the most depressing day of the year. 😞
It’s partially because of its proximity to the holidays (far enough away that the bills are coming in AND the cheer has worn off). The weather is also typically quite dull. Add to that a pandemic, and here in Ontario a total lockdown with school closures...it’s a doozy this year.
So if things feel extra hard today, know that you’re not alone. Try to take it slow today.
Be gentle with others today, including your kids and your spouse...most importantly be gentle on YOURSELF today. You don’t have to give it 100% every single day. Maybe today is a good lay low and coast day. 🥰
