Put it to pen and paper baby!

When we write it out, we express it out. All those pent up worries, and emotions inside of you can be processed on the page.

It’s not enough to think in your mind. Your thoughts are too fast to articulate and process. Writing it out gives space to articulate and reflect. It’s also a fantastic way to free your energy so you can authentically be present in your relationships.

Expressive writing has been shown to reduce symptoms of chronic irritable bowel and fibromyalgia symptoms in recent research studies.

More and more research is showing that

findings on MRIs such as disc bulges,

herniations and degenerative changes are not

accurate sources of pain.

These are in fact shown to be NORMAL

abnormalities that we all develop from the age

of 20 onward.

We get wrinkles on the outside but we don’t

give them scary names like torn, herniated, or

bulges.

Much like the outside of our body having

wrinkles we get internal wrinkles too and these

simply do not cause pain.

So, if your doctor has sourced this as your

pain it may not be as accurate as you think

according the science on pain research.

In a study conducted looking at MRIs of young

adults aged 20-22 years old with no back

pain they showed 48% of them had at least

one vertebrae having degenerative changes

while 25% had a bulging disc.

Translation- if back pain were caused by these

findings then wouldn’t they have had back

pain?!

Time to question old thinking and look to

modern neuroscience for hope.

You can and will get better if you take the road

less traveled within your treatment approach.

An approach which empowers you rather than

scares you.
