This historic photo shows the Capitol Theatre at 88 Dalhousie Street in 1930. The theatre stands where the Sanderson Centre is located today.
Playing at the time was Song O' My Heart, a film released in two versions: a "talkie" featuring dialogue and songs, and a version that was silent except for the musical performances.
