(As a quick reminder, Bill C-368 aims to repeal sections 500-504 of Bill C-47 that moved natural health products fully into the drug category and applied $5M per day fines to the industry.)

The final hour of debate as part of the second reading of Bill C-368 is happening tonight. The debate will be followed by a decisive vote in the House of Commons on May 29th. A majority 'yes' vote will move the bill forward to the Standing Committee on Health for thorough review and discussion.
