My client came to me an asked we only try 1 solid color of purple no mixing this time and sometimes simple is just as beautiful

I’m going to be very vulnerable
This past week I have found myself struggling in the colour lash community. I have seen a lot of negative energy circulating in the community and to be honest it has made me feel like a light has dimmed in me. I came into the colour world a year ago and when I was first exposed , it sparked such interest in me and a passion I didn’t even know I had. It’s so amazing to see such talented artists all over the world and that’s the beauty of social media it can connect us in such awesome ways and open new opportunities you didn’t even know possible. There are so many of us artists that check all sort of boxes and are all unique and different but the 1 thing we have in common is our love for lashing and being creative and providing top notch service to our clients and our businesses. I love showing support to all the amazing artists whether your colour artist or strictly black sets but lately I’ve been feeling like if I support and like 1 artist someone else will get mad or say something and vise versa (this could be all in my head I’m an over thinker) but in the end I just hope we all can remember where and how we started and we all make mistakes along the way. In making those mistakes it’s how we learn and continue to grow in this industry. I hope we can all continue to show love and support to one another without and appreciate everyone’s art and craft without feeling judged.
