🫁 More Than a Gym.

This is exactly what ASP is all about.

When Cassidy and Lydia shared that they did exceptionally well their Health Sciences project on the respiratory system, my thought was: let’s get this in the gym!!

Why?

Because performance doesn’t stop when you leave the weight room. Curiosity. Learning. Discipline. Taking pride in your education. Those are the same qualities that build incredible athletes and even better people.

I couldn’t be more proud of these two for spearheading what I hope becomes a long-standing tradition at ASP. This is the first academic project to go up on our walls, and I genuinely hope it’s only the beginning.

I want our gym to celebrate more than strength, speed, and personal bests. I want it to celebrate young people who are passionate about learning, asking questions, and chasing excellence in every area of life.

If you’re an ASP athlete and you’ve created a school project you’re proud of—whether it’s health sciences, biology, physics, engineering, nutrition, art, or anything you’re passionate about—I would love to display it here at the gym.

Let’s fill these walls with more than memories of training.
