⏬It is the middle of the week, I feel it most then as a mother myself. Your almost to the weekend, when family can pitch in and help. But mother’s shouldn’t have to wait for the weekend.⏬

🌸Giving Your Full Attention🌸 means your less likely to feel overwhelmed when your fixated on one task & you will get way more done. It’s okay for other things and people to wait for your best time to shine.

🌸Planning & Prioritizing🌸 can eliminate a lot of the overwhelming feeling when we know what to expect.

🌸Ask For Help🌸 whenever you need it. There is no ‘better’ time to ask for help. If your feeling stuck, reach out in local groups or look online for municipal resources. There are plenty right under your nose, just waiting for you to ask for help.
